Salary:

Job DetailsOur project work is in the resort mountain towns/cities.
Superintendents manage one project at a time and are responsible for subcontractor performance, schedule, quality control, coordination, safety, and inspections.
The Superintendent is the primary point of contact on site during construction.
The Superintendent works closely with the Project Manager and, depending on the size of the project, the Project Engineer.
Typical projects range in size from $5m to $60m.
Our team operates primarily in the design/build and design/assist project delivery methods.
Willingness to work and live in the mountain range for these projects.
Generous monthly cash stipend to assist in living expenses 3
years of solid experience in site management in commercial and/or multifamily construction projects.
Proven history of project completion ground up construction, $10M - $30MProficient computer skills and proficiency with MS Office including MS Project, Bluebeam and ProcoreSolid experience in project planning, estimating, scheduling, cost controls, project administration and contract management.
Demonstrated competence in the areas of safety, workforce management, quality and project executionStrong interpersonal communication and leadership skills interacting directly with clients' architects, consultants, contractors, trades.
