Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesPosition SummaryWe are seeking an extraordinary team member who exemplifies the adventurous spirit and is ready to support the leadership team.

ResponsibilitiesIn addition to the above, some key responsibilities of an Executive Assistant include:
Proactively and independently schedule appointments and meetings of varying complexity.
Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings.
Compose and prepare correspondence, reports and other complex documents.
Anticipate needs of executives and act upon them accordingly.
Attend meetings when nesessary and take notes and log action items as appropriate Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond or route as appropriate.
Maintain sensitive and confidential information relating to travel, expenses, disciplinary actions, pay rates, appraisal scores, and promotions.
Network with other Executive Assistants, Executives, and other DISH teammates.
Must be willing to travel between multiple offices in Denver with some out of state travel as well.
Meet all of DISH performance expectations, including but not limited to, satisfying all departmental metrics, productivity standards, and goals.
Skills, Experience and RequirementsSkills, Experience, and Requirements Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training.
Proficiency with Google Suite Experience working with the Executive and C-Level Experience managing more than one Executive's scheduling, travel and calendar.
Experience working within Fortune 200 company is a plus Salary Range Compensation:
$63,150.
00/Year - $90,000.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
