Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe DISH Wireless Internal Communications Lead, reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, creates and maintains Wireless Internal Communications content and channels.
The Wireless Internal Communications Lead supports telling the Wireless story within our team, ensuring we're all rowing in the same direction as we work in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.
The key purpose of this role is to help unify the team and support a long-term communications strategy for all DISH Wireless team members.
Key
Responsibilities:
Develop and drive deliverables to support targeted internal communications plans for our growing 5G wireless business.
This team partners with Wireless senior leaders to create and implement internal communications strategy, spanning from org announcements to sharing wins, best practices and technology developments with our team.
Support internal messaging around Wireless team mission, vision, and strategic goals.
Source, create and update content for the Wireless intranet.
Support creation of meaningful materials for internal presentations, etc.
Serve as a cultural ambassador for DISH Wireless.
Partner with appropriate teams on internal Wireless materials and on messaging for training/education and onboarding materials.
Partner with appropriate teams on employee promotional items and branding efforts.
Support existing and new recognition efforts.
Develop and drive employee experience updates.
Partner with the broader Corporate Communications team as appropriate when sharing internal updates on broader company intranet and supporting external PR efforts.
Track to a prioritized plan.
Skills, Experience and RequirementsA successful Internal Communications manager has the following:
Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience, or the equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective professional relationships.
Strong written and oral communication skills, strong editing/proofreading skills.
Solid attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Proven organizational and project management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage projects autonomously.
Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
Salary Range Compensation:
$65,800.
00/Year - $94,000.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
