How do ski and ride breaks sound? We are looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organized individual to become a part of our team as the HR Assistant.
This position reports to the HR Supervisor and HR Director.
This position will also assist the HR Supervisor with recruiting tasks and projects, new hire orientation and additional tasks that may be assigned.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
Must be able to work independently and maintain uniform room hours Distributing and organizing company issued uniforms Managing and coordinating the cleanliness of the employee breakroom/uniform room Working with the HR Supervisor to efficiently process new and returning employees Understanding and communicating company policies Assisting with employee safety policies and initiatives Assisting with special events Assisting with HR functions such as answering phones, processing passes, use of sales point products, cash handling, greeting and directing employees, data entry, maintenance of personnel files, and general employee relations Is a champion of Play Forever, Powdr's corporate responsibility commitment to protect the environment and support our community in Eldora's everyday operations Sitting / Standing for long periods of time Good motor skills, attention to detail and organizational skills Bending and kneeling Working in various weather conditions Can lift up to 50 pounds Schedule:
Sunday 8am-4pm Monday 8am-4pm Tuesday 8am-4pm Previous HR knowledge a plus but not required.
Must be able to work holidays and weekends with regularly scheduled days off during the week.
This is a seasonal part-time position.
